Every Beyond Run physical finisher medal is custom-minted with high-grade solid zinc alloy and laser-engraved ribbon detailing. Here is how we deliver your hard-earned hardware directly to your doorstep.
1. Pan-India Serviceable Locations
We provide insured doorstep delivery across 28,000+ pin codes in India, covering all major metropolitan cities, Tier 2/3 districts, and remote union territories via trusted national logistics carriers (Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, and India Speed Post).
2. Processing & Delivery Timeline
Because physical medals are awarded for authentic athletic achievement:
- GPS Proof Verification: 24 to 48 hours following your run screenshot / Strava sync submission.
- Medal Dispatch Window: Within 7 to 10 business days after your GPS verification approval.
- Estimated Courier Transit: 3 to 6 business days depending on delivery location (Metro cities: 2-4 days, Non-metro: 4-7 days).
3. Live Tracking & Status Updates
As soon as your medal package is manifested and handed over to our courier partner:
- An automated tracking link with Air Waybill (AWB) number is visible in your Athlete Dashboard.
- SMS & WhatsApp dispatch notifications are sent to your registered mobile phone number.
4. Shipping Address Changes
You may update or correct your shipping address freely from your Athlete Dashboard anytime before your GPS proof is approved and the parcel is marked as dispatched.
