You complete your chosen distance anywhere with any GPS-tracking app (Strava, Nike Run Club, Apple Fitness, Garmin, Fitbit, etc.). After your run, you upload a screenshot or sync your activity. Our system cross-checks moving time, cadence, elevation, and pacing telemetry before marking your finish verified.

Can I run on a treadmill or indoor track for virtual marathons?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can complete your registered distance on any standard treadmill or indoor track. To submit proof, take a clear, uncropped photograph of your treadmill display console showing the total distance completed and elapsed time.

Are Beyond Run finisher medals made of real metal?

Accepted Answer

Yes, 100%. We do not ship plastic or cheap stamped tin. Our finisher medals are cast from solid zinc alloy, featuring intricate 3D high-relief moulding, antique brass/gold/bronze plating, and custom woven neck ribbons.

How does GPS anti-cheat verification prevent fake entries?

Our verification engine analyzes pace variance, elapsed vs moving time ratios, elevation curves, and average speed limits to ensure activities are genuine pedestrian efforts (running, jogging, or walking) and not recorded via bicycle, vehicle, or GPS spoofing.

How long does GPS verification take?

Accepted Answer

Most proofs are reviewed within 24-48 hours. When your finish is approved you will see it reflected on your dashboard with your leaderboard rank, e-certificate, and medal dispatch status.

When is the medal shipped and how to track it?

Accepted Answer

After your finish is verified, dispatch begins within the event fulfilment window. You will get a live tracking link on WhatsApp and email as soon as your medal leaves our warehouse. Domestic courier delivery takes 4–8 working days across India.

Question 7

I can't upload proof or lost my activity. What do I do?

Contact support on WhatsApp at +91 89204 03701 with your bib number. Our team can re-activate your proof window if your run falls inside the event dates, so your finish is never unfairly lost.

Do I need to run on a specific day?

Accepted Answer

No. You can run any day inside the race window shown on the event page. Pick a day (or split across the window, if the event allows) that fits your schedule.

Which GPS apps can I use?

Accepted Answer

Any app or device that records a route and time: Strava, Nike Run Club, Adidas Running, Samsung Health, Apple Fitness, Garmin Connect, Fitbit, and more. A distance + duration + date is all we need.

Question 10

Is payment refundable?

Accepted Answer

Successful payments confirm your entry and are non-refundable, but our UPI/Razorpay checkout never charges failed attempts. If we cancel an event you are always offered a full refund or a credit — email beyondrunofficial@gmail.com with your payment reference for special cases.

I want to change my distance or event after paying.

Accepted Answer

Distance changes after payment need support review. Message us on WhatsApp with your bib number before the race window ends and we will sort it out quickly.

What sizes do T-shirts come in?

Accepted Answer

Kits ship in standard Indian sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL, 3XL. Sizes are selected during registration, so pick carefully — we can correct size errors via support before dispatch.

Do I get a certificate and does one check the QR?

Accepted Answer

Yes, every verified finisher receives a QR-linked digital e-certificate with your name, event, distance, and finish time. The QR links to a public verification page anyone can open to confirm the result.

I didn't receive my kit. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Check your spam folder for our dispatch email, then look for the WhatsApp tracking message. If you have orders that are marked dispatched but nothing by the delivery timeline, ping us on WhatsApp and we will help you track it.

Can my friends run together?

Accepted Answer

Definitely — share your bib or join run clubs on the leaderboard. Two runners can run at the same place and time; the app only verifies the distance and window, not a pace cap.
