Do I have to complete the distance every day?
No. Just one day. You have the full window from 8 to 12 October to finish your distance in a single session.
When will my medal arrive?
It's dispatched within 2–3 working days after the event closes, by BlueDart or DTDC. You'll get an SMS with tracking. Delivery is free anywhere in India.
Which apps can I use for proof?
Strava connects automatically. You can also upload a summary screenshot from Garmin, Apple Fitness, Nike Run Club, Samsung Health, or a photo of a treadmill or cycle console.
Can I walk or cycle instead of running?
Yes. Walking, jogging, treadmill sessions and cycling all count, at every distance.
Where does the contribution go?
A share of every entry goes to the Indian Air Force Benevolent Association, which supports disabled air veterans and the families of air warriors.
What exactly does ₹499 cover?
